Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

 

Items are in new, unused condition.

 

Items have all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Items have not been worn, washed, or damaged.

 

Please note that some items, such as underwear and personal hygiene products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

3. How to Return

Return Authorization: Our team will issue a return authorization number (RAN) and provide you with the address to send your return.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and if the new item is of a different price, any difference will be settled during the exchange process.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or exchange for the defective item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
